While both use a carriage and springs, the similarity is mostly visual. Lagree is designed for high-intensity, low-impact muscle fatigue. By utilizing significantly slower tempos and constant tension, we target slow-twitch muscle fibers to build endurance and strength without putting stress on your joints. Expect a more athletic, cardiovascular experience than traditional Pilates.
This invitation is designed specifically for new members to experience the effects of the method. This offer is valid for one-time use per person and credits are non-transferable.
To ensure all members have access to the Megaformer, we require 12 hours' notice for all cancellations. Sessions cancelled within this window or "no-shows" will result in the loss of the credit.
Absolutely. Stability is essential for the Lagree method. You’re welcome to train barefoot for maximum grip, or wear grip socks if you prefer. You’re welcome to bring your own, and we also have grip socks available for purchase at the front desk.
For your safety and the flow of the class, we cannot permit late entry for first-timers. The 15-minute induction is mandatory to ensure you understand the machine mechanics. Please plan to arrive early to settle in.
We welcome expectant mothers, provided you have a physician's clearance and have established a consistent Lagree practice prior to pregnancy. Because of the intense core engagement and unique tension of the Megaformer, we do not recommend starting Lagree as a first-timer while pregnant. If you are an experienced practitioner, please arrive early so your instructor can provide the necessary structural modifications.
Our sessions often reach capacity. If a class is full, we highly recommend joining the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be notified automatically via email. Once added to the class, our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
